Koby Reshef has more than 30 years of experience in both the technical and marketing aspects of the telecommunication industry. He brings extensive knowledge of a variety of technologies such as optical networking, storage networking, ASICs, and wireless communication solutions. Before being appointed as CEO, Koby was VP Marketing and managed PacketLight's HW design team. Prior to joining PacketLight, he served as a senior R&D Manager at Teledata (ADC). Koby has an MBA from Netanya Academic College and a BSc in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.

Orit Tesler Levy is a senior finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial activities at global and public technology companies. Prior to joining RAD, Orit served as CFO for the start-up XJet. In this role, Orit led funds raising processes, including a Nasdaq IPO. Before XJet, Orit served as CFO for Spectronix-Emerson, where she played a pivotal role in integrating Spectronix into Emerson (NYSE:EMR), as well as VP Finance FP&A Business Partnering at Stratasys (Nasdaq: SSYS). She started her career at Applied Materials (Nasdaq: AMAT), where she rose to the position of CFO of Applied Materials Israel and CFO of the company’s Silicon Segment Group in Silicon Valley, California. Orit holds a BA in Economics and an MBA (Accounting & Finance), both from the Tel Aviv University.

Michal Naor Tanhum joined PacketLight in 2005. Michal is the key executive responsible for driving and managing PacketLight's global business development, and global strategic alliances with partners worldwide. Michal brings to PacketLight over 25 years of extensive sales experience. Prior to joining PacketLight, Michal served in several sales management positions in the billing industry. Michal holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology.
Nino Shaptoshvili has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in the international hi-tech market. Nino has extensive knowledge of the optical transport industry and has a proven track record in building and leading sales teams and developing new markets. Nino holds a BA in International Politics and Business Administration, and an MBA (Finance), both from Kentucky University, USA. Nino speaks four languages.
Aharon Elhanati joined PacketLight in 2009 first as Operations Manager, and then as VP of Operations. Aharon has over 25 years of experience in the field of operations, optical components and logistics. He has improved logistics and operations in optical manufacturing companies such as Scitex Corporation, where he spent 11 years in logistics and optical assemblies departments, and ECI Telecom and Flextronics as supply chain manager. Aharon holds a Practical Engineering degree from Tel-Aviv College and a BSc in Business Administration from Champlain College Higher Education Extension in Tel Aviv.

Yochai Sheetrit joined Packetlight in 2004 as part of PacketLight’s WDM R&D team. In 2009, Yochai was appointed Director of Sales Support. In this role, he implemented PacketLight’s customer service strategy and built PacketLight’s WDM Sales Support Services team, supporting existing and new customers. Prior to PacketLight Yochai was part of Nortel Sales Support team and RAD testing equipment team. Yochai served in the Israeli Air Force and the technical department of support & services.
Simo Dahan is one of the founding members of PacketLight Networks in 2000. Simo has over 25 years of experience in hardware and firmware development. He brings extensive knowledge in a variety of technologies and has been leading the hardware and firmware development at PacketLight Networks since 2005. Simo holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ariel University, and an MSc in Electro-optical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Ilya Tsuker brings over 15 years of experience in high-level system design, product management, and engineering management in the Telecommunication industry. He has a strong understanding of requirements, and is a highly skilled leader of the development team, including troubleshooting and resolving complex system-level issues. Before joining PacketLight Ilya was Sr. Product Engineer at Dustphotonics, Product NPI Manager at Color Chip, and Product Engineer at Finisar. Ilya holds a BSc in Electro-optical Engineering from Holon Institute of Technology.
Haim Hayat has been leading the QA testing at PacketLight Networks since 2004. He has over 20 years of experience in hardware development and QA testing in the telecommunication industry. Haim brings extensive knowledge in a variety of technologies such as storage networking and optical networking. Haim holds a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Ariel University.
