Koby Reshef, has over 20 years of experience in both technical and marketing aspects of the telecommunication industry. Koby brings extensive knowledge in a variety of technologies such as Storage Networking, Optical Networking, ASIC’s and Wireless Communication Solutions. Before being nominated as a CEO, Koby managed PacketLight's HW design team. Prior to joining PacketLight, Koby served as a senior R&D Manager at Teledata (ADC). Koby has an MBA from Netanya Academic College and a BSc in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.
Nitza recently joined RAD Data Communicationsas VP Finance and CFO. Nitza brings extensive finance experience in the areas of capital markets and financial asset management. Previously, Nitza served as CFO and VP at ECI Telecom - Broadband Access Division and as VP Finance of Taro Israel. Nitza holds a BA Degree in Economics & Accounting and an MBA (with distinction) from Tel Aviv University.
Michal Naor Tanhum
Director of Sales
Michal joined PacketLight in December 2005. Michal oversees PacketLight's sales efforts bringing extensive sales experience to PacketLight and together with the sales team is leading PacketLight to great success worldwide. Prior to joining PacketLight, she served in several sales management positions in the billing industry. Michal holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology.
VP of Operations
Aharon has been part of PacketLight's team since 2009 first as Operations Manager, and then as VP of operations. Aharon has over 27 years of experience in the field of operations, optical components and logistics. He has spent a large portion of his carrier in improving logistics and operations for optical manufacturing companies first at Scitex Corporation, where he spent 11 years in logistics and optical assemblies departments and then at ECI Telecom and Flextronics as supply chain manager. Aharon holds Practical engineering degree from Tel-Aviv College and B.Sc in Business administration from Champlain College Higher Education Extension in Tel Aviv.
Director of Hardware Development
Simo Dahan is one of the founding members of PacketLight Networks. Simo has over 14 years of experience and extensive knowledge in electronics and management. Simo currently serves as a Director of Hardware development at PacketLight Networks and is responsible for Hardware R&D for a range of products and the Quality Control processes. Simo has a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Ariel University Center.
Director of Software Development
Eran Gluska has over 25 years in software development. Eran brings extensive experience in embedded software development and telecommunication systems and has been leading software development at PacketLight Networks since its establishment. Before joining PacketLight, Eran served as senior team leader at National Semiconductor (NSC). Eran has B.Sc. and M.Sc. titles in Mathematics & Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.
Mr. Viner holds B.Sc degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Hebrew University and an M.Sc degree in Computer Science from Weizmann Institute. Mr. Viner has more than 25 years of experience in software engineering, network management and architecture of communication systems. Prior to joining PacketLight, Mr. Viner led the development of several products in various fields, including VLSI CAD simulation, GUI for Software Debugger, Fax compression, ATM Switching and Management, Management of Ethernet Bridging, and more.
